The 2023 KCC-JEE High School Essay Contest winner is Eilis Brannigan from Pennsylvania. She will spend four weeks in Kyoto, Japan in summer 2023 studying Japanese with Jaden Martinez, the 2020 contest winner, Josephine Kwok, the 2021 contest winner, and Payten Shimizu, the 2022 contest winner.
